Prior to placing an order with specsdirectory you must have
a copy of your prescription from your last eye test, which must be less than 2
years old. If it is over 2 years old then we advise you to visit your optician
for an eye test. By law your optician must provide you with a clear copy of
your prescription, for your own records. Whilst having your eyes tested we
strongly recommend that you ask your optician for your Pupillary Distance.
Once you have your prescription you are ready to place an order with

complete your prescription details, make a secure payment via our secure online
credit/debit card payment service and then sit back and relax. Your new glasses
are on their way.
For your convenience we accept all major credit/debit cards, Visa Delta,
MasterCard, Solo, Electron and Switch.

Choose your desired frame and lens options from specsdirectory.com, then call
customer services on 08456 52 20 20 (Local rate). We will take your order
over the telephone and deal with any questions you may have. Most Credit and
Debit cards, as detailed above, are accepted as payment over the telephone.

You can also order your glasses from specsdirectory via the order
form that can be downloaded here. Please fill in the order form detailing the
frames and lens options required, and prescription details. Alternatively if
you are having problems reading your prescription or if anything is slightly
unclear then please, send or fax your prescription, or a copy of, along with
your completed order form. It will be returned with your new glasses. Please
make all cheques/postal orders payable to Specsdirectory Ltd.
